Faith Beyond Boundaries: The testimony of Issa Nathalie

Salvation is not merely a concept, a religion, or a tradition. It is a divine intervention. It is God’s miraculous act of rescuing a soul from darkness and bringing them into His glorious light. It is the most extraordinary transformation a person can ever experience.

That’s why, during a mission outreach dubbed Togo for Christ, organized by Internal Missions and Evangelism (IMED) in collaboration with the La and Teshie-Nungua Areas of The Apostolic Church-Ghana and the Y4J Missions Team, a young woman named Issa Nathalie shared her testimony of how she came to Christ.

She said:

“My name is Issa Nathalie, but the Muslim name is Fati. But I thank God this morning because He helped me and Saved me from what I was going through. So I converted from Islam and became a Christian today. I am here to testify in front of you so that you know that being a Christian is a very good choice. My life has now changed. When I decided to be with the Lord Jesus, I want to tell everyone who is waiting for me, everyone who will see me, that being in the Lord is very good. There is something good that will change your life. So I want to tell everyone to give their life to God. Thank you.”

Her words were not rehearsed. They were redeemed. This is the heartbeat of salvation: a life rescued, a soul reborn, a future rewritten by grace.

“Though soft-spoken, her message roared through every heart: ‘Being in the Lord is very good.’”

Issa Nathalie’s story is not about religion. It is about redemption. She encountered a living Savior.

“For the Son of Man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.” – Luke 19:10

Jesus came to save, not to fix or improve. And every salvation story is a resurrection story. It means death to sin, and new life in Christ. That is what happened to Issa. Coming from a Fulani Muslim background, choosing Christ meant choosing eternal life, even if it came at a personal cost.

“There is something good that will change your life. I want to tell everyone to give their life to God.”

This is a divine invitation. Because salvation is not automatic. It’s personal. It’s intentional.

“Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” – Acts 4:12

The name is Jesus. The offer is free. The time is now. Nathalie’s words echo the cry of Heaven:
Come. Be saved. Be changed. Be made new.

Her voice is one among millions, yet her testimony roars with the greatest truth:
“Being in the Lord is very good.”

So we ask you, have you received this salvation? Have you surrendered your heart to Jesus Christ?
Have you been born again?

Because nothing else will matter until you do.

“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” – Romans 10:9

Now is the time. Not tomorrow. Not someday.
Now. If God could reach Issa Nathalie, a Fulani girl once called Fati, then He can reach you too.
