Across the family of The Apostolic Church–Ghana, a stirring sound is rising. Echoes of Revival is not just a programme, it is a vision. A vision birthed by the Holy Spirit through the Ascension Ministers’ Wives Fellowship and now expressed on TAC TV and across the Church’s social media platforms. It is more than a broadcast; it is a call. A call to remember, to awaken, and to yearn again for the move of God among His people.
This vision recalls the encounters of our fathers and mothers with the Holy Spirit: the fire that fell, the healings, the deliverances, the boldness of witnesses, and the fruit of holiness that marked their lives. But it does not stop there. It reminds us of the culture of prayer, consecration, and intimacy with the Spirit that made such wonders possible. The miracles were not accidents—they were the natural overflow of lives wholly yielded to God.
When I hear the phrase Echoes of Revival, I am reminded of Elijah’s words in 1 Kings 18:41:
“There is the sound of an abundance of rain.”
For three and a half years, the heavens had been shut. Yet Elijah, with ears tuned to heaven, heard what no one else could hear. The sound of rain long before a cloud had formed. He did not only hear; he knew what must be done. Up Mount Carmel, he went. He bowed low, face between his knees, birthing through prayer what he had already heard in the Spirit. His servant saw nothing at first, then a cloud, the size of a man’s hand, and Elijah knew; the rain was coming.
Echoes of Revival is much the same. It is not the rain itself, but the sound that precedes it. A reminder that revival does not fall on casual hearts. It is birthed on bent knees, through longing, prayer, and watching for the first cloud on the horizon.
When you watch Echoes of Revival, what stirs in your heart? Do you hear only a programme, or do you hear the sound? Like Elijah, do you sense the nearness of rain?
For if you truly hear the echoes, something will shift in you. Seasons of feasting may give way to fasting. Seasons of ease may give way to travail. Desires will realign, passions will ignite, and a holy hunger will awaken. Jesus said, “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled” (Matthew 5:6).
This is the cry of Echoes of Revival:
– To bow before the Most High until heaven answers.
– To watch with the eyes of the heart for the cloud, however small.
– To forsake comfort and pursue Him with unrelenting zeal.
The Spirit is still calling. Can you hear the echoes? Can you discern the sound? They are not empty reverberations—they are heaven’s invitation to wait, to weep, to watch until He comes.
This is the Echoes of Revival.
Not entertainment. Not nostalgia.
But the sound of rain on the horizon.
Get ready. Revival is near.
