A new chapter of transformation has begun at The Apostolic Church-Ghana General Headquarters with the official launch of “The One Vision Project.”
On Wednesday, 22nd October 2025, Heads of Directorates and Units convened at the General Headquarters together with members of the Restructuring Committee and a team of consultants for the formal rollout of this strategic initiative. The engagement marked an important step in advancing organisational renewal and strengthening institutional systems in line with the Church’s vision for the future.
The One Vision Project represents a major step toward implementing the Church’s newly developed structural framework one that seeks to enhance operational efficiency and align seamlessly with The Shift Agenda.
Set to roll out this October, the project will introduce a series of strategic reforms, including staff movements and reassignments, relocation of offices, restructuring awareness campaigns, updates to the Human Resource manual and job descriptions, as well as new appointments and recruitments. A key highlight will be the official unveiling of the new Headquarters Vision and Mission a declaration of unity and shared direction for the future.
At its core, The One Vision Project embodies the Church’s commitment to growth, excellence, and collective progress. It aims to rebrand the organisation, strengthen unity, and empower every employee to embrace change with one spirit and one purpose.
Through this bold initiative, The Apostolic Church-Ghana reaffirms its dedication to building a future anchored on faith, order, and transformation truly advancing “One Vision, One Purpose, One Spirit.”
